Job summary

Mutiny is building an AI-native GTM platform and seeks a founding staff designer to define the product language, interaction model, and taste bar for the agent's output. You will own the core product surfaces, shape defaults with engineering, and help evolve design culture in a fast-moving, AI-driven startup.

You'll work closely with founders and engineers to push roadmap decisions, prototype ideas, and ensure the design language scales as the product grows, in a highly collaborative NYC-based

• You have unusually high taste and can explain design decisions clearly.
• You're excited by AI as a design medium and prototype quickly.
• You think in systems and care about the 4px decision from strategy to typography.
• You're comfortable being early and energized by ambiguity.
• You sharpen the team with taste, judgment, urgency and candor.

Responsibilities

• The core product experience: design surfaces where GTM teams request work and evolve them across agent, asset, data and user.
• The creative quality of our agent: set defaults, constraints, evals, and strengthen brand adherence in outputs.
• The way we design together: shape product strategy with founders and engineering, prototype early, and reinvent design processes in an AI-native company.
