Job summary

GovSignals in New York, NY is seeking its Founding GTM Lead to build our growth function. Qualifications

• 3–8 years in marketing, growth, or GTM; ideally at early-stage or high-growth startups.
• AI-native workflow builder; daily use of AI tools to enrich, personalize, classify, and write.
• System builder; designed and scaled a marketing system from scratch.
• Sharp translator; turned technical product details into customer-facing narratives.
• Able to operate across automation builder, CRM, Notion doc, and sales pitch.

Responsibilities

• Build the AI-powered GTM engine with enrichment pipelines, LLM-driven personalization, and agentic outbound.
• Run high-velocity growth experiments; ship daily, measure weekly.
• Translate technical AI concepts into compelling decks, demos, and case studies.
• Design and execute campaigns end-to-end: email, paid/social, webinars, ABM, federal primes.
• Own CAC, LTV, funnel conversion; build dashboards and refine strategy from data.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and deployment to align GTM programs with ICPs and shipping.
