Job summary

Unify is hiring a seasoned Product Designer to lead core product areas in an AI-enabled outbound platform for GTM teams. You’ll shape strategy, design end-to-end flows, and transform a complex platform into coherent AI-assisted workflows.

You’ll mentor a small design team and help define product principles and standards. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-trust environment, bridging product, design, and research with a strong emphasis on metrics, business outcomes, and customer impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Design.
• Experience leading design in AI-enabled product areas.
• Strong system thinking and ability to simplify complex products.
• Hybrid work in SF/NYC with in-person days.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy with leadership.
• Lead the transformation of a multi-primitive platform into coherent workflows.
• Own core product area end-to-end.
• Design AI-first workflows that augment human work.
• Mentor a small design team and define standards.
• Learn go-to-market insights and loop back to product.
• Raise the bar for design at Unify.
