Clever Digital Marketing is seeking aSenior Performance Creative Strategist in Austin, TX to shape how we identify, develop, and scale creative for Paid Social. You’ll partner with Paid Search to drive client growth and establish a durable competitive edge.

You will lead and coach teams, build repeatable frameworks, and leverage AI to speed insights, briefs, and production. This role is foundational and highly influential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance-focused creative strategy.
• Deep understanding of Meta advertising and direct-response creative.
• Strong direct-response copywriting and storytelling.
• Ability to translate data into actionable briefs and tests.
• Experience building scalable creative systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new creative concepts for video and static ads.
• Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to uncover motivations.
• Translate performance into strategy with actionable briefs.
• Build creative-strategy frameworks and testing processes.
• Coach media buyers and editors to elevate creative thinking.
• Collaborate with CRO on messaging and landing pages.
• Leverage AI to accelerate research, ideation, and production.
