Job summary

Confidential Talent and Creator Management Company in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Manager to join as a Founding Partner with equity and ownership opportunities. This is a rare chance to build a new, boutique management platform from the ground up.

You will lead a strategic talent roster, shape the company culture, and cultivate long-term partnerships across entertainment, digital media, and brand opportunities, while guiding growth and client success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant entertainment, talent management, or agency experience.
• Existing roster of current talent.
• Strong network across entertainment, brands, agencies, and digital media.
• Demonstrated history of signing, developing, and managing talent.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership interest.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a select roster of creators, actors, and entertainers.
• Identify, recruit, and sign new talent.
• Develop long-term career and business strategies for clients.
• Source and negotiate brand partnerships and sponsorships.
• Develop licensing, product, collaboration, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
• Pursue acting, television, film, digital, live entertainment, and other opportunities where appropriate.
• Help clients expand their audiences and build valuable personal brands.
• Develop relationships with brands, agencies, production companies, studios, networks, platforms, and other industry partners.
• Identify opportunities that extend beyond traditional talent management.
• Participate in company strategy, business development, and growth.
• Help establish the systems, standards, and culture of the company.
• Contribute to building a highly selective, high-touch roster rather than a high-volume management business.
