Job summary

Pearpop is seeking a Senior Talent Manager to lead talent management and representation for a roster across fashion, wellness, beauty, and more. Work remote (if outside LA) or from our Santa Monica office, with a hybrid schedule three days a week.

You’ll identify partnerships, negotiate deals, and grow the client roster while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in talent management, strong negotiation skills, and experience with Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of talent management and talent representation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, represent, and manage a roster of digital talent across various verticals.
• Identify, negotiate, and execute brand partnerships and campaigns.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and partners to drive new business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client success.
• Track and manage multiple deals using Salesforce, ensuring forecastability and timely follow-ups.
