Formación

• 3+ years of experience in operations or coordination roles.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting program launches and managing media assets.

Responsabilidades

• Learner Management & Communication: track learner details and manage communications.
• Platform & Cohort Administration: administer cohorts in Circle, Airtable, and ClickUp; assist launches.
• General Team Support: assist events, product, and experience teams as needed.
