Job summary

Grid AI is hiring a Chief of Staff to scale a small, highly technical team and align commercial and operational priorities. You will work directly with the founder as a force multiplier across planning, pilots, contracts, and vendor relationships.

You will own ad-hoc projects, stand up new functions, and help manage operational rhythm, with a focus on GTM initiatives in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Results-driven with a track record of shipping outcomes.
• Nimble, curious, able to switch hats and learn quickly.
• Excellent communicator across teams and with executives.
• Experience in real estate, insurance, or regulated B2B markets is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the founder to drive strategic initiatives from plan to execution.
• Own ad-hoc projects across the company, including standing up new functions and managing vendor relationships.
• Lead end-to-end pilots, create sales enablement materials, and prepare ROI cases.
• Run the operating rhythm: set weekly priorities and track goals.
