Catapult seeks a Founding Operator / Chief of Staff to work directly with the co-founders on strategic initiatives, operations, and growth. This versatile role touches every part of building an AI startup, from idea to implementation.

The role

As Founding Operator / Chief of Staff, you will work directly with Catapult’s co-founders to drive strategic initiatives, operations, and growth. It is an unusually versatile role with exposure to every part of building an AI startup.

You’ll help the founders focus their time and energy, then independently take high-impact projects from first idea through to implementation. You will have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced founders while helping shape Catapult’s future.
