Job summary

Glitchy Digital Marketing in Miami is seeking a founding leader to own the entire demand side of a monetization platform built from the ground up. You will drive advertiser sourcing, pricing, and integration with our dev team to deliver scalable EPC-driven monetization across rewarded, lead-gen, and shopping verticals.

This is an in-office, full-time role reporting to the founder. You will sign and manage advertisers, optimize payouts and ROAS, and shape the platform feed, API, and postbacks to

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing / mobile monetization with 4+ years in rewarded ecosystems.
• Built or run monetization for a rewards product with revenue ownership.
• Rolodex of rewarded-demand relationships and verifiable deal history.

Responsibilities

• Own the full demand-side pipeline from a cold start: identify, pitch, negotiate, sign, and manage advertisers and offer sources.
• Negotiate payouts, tier structures, quality thresholds, and multi-event pricing with partners.
• Design and build the offer API and integrate feeds, postbacks, and KPI tracking with engineering.
