Job summary

Incrementum is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer with 3–7 years of experience in growth marketing or B2B demand generation. You will be hands-on running paid ads on Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit, and you will optimize SEO/GEO channels to drive pipeline growth.

You will build and manage the content marketing engine—blog posts, landing pages, case studies, customer stories, one-pagers, battlecards, and launch content—and refine core messaging with the founders and sales team to deeply understand

Qualifications

3–7 years of experience in growth marketing or B2B demand generation.
Hands-on experience running paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit).
Experience optimizing SEO/GEO channels and driving measurable pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

Build and manage the content marketing engine: blog posts, landing pages, case studies, customer stories, one-pagers, battlecards, and launch content.
Develop and refine core messaging and positioning with founders and sales to understand the product and customer pain points.
Drive SEO and GEO initiatives to increase organic inbound demo bookings.
Own and execute paid advertising strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels.
