Job summary

Incrementum is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer with 3–7 years of experience in growth marketing or B2B demand generation. You will lead hands-on paid ads across Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit and optimize SEO/GEO channels to drive pipeline and bookings.

You’ll build a marketing function from scratch in a fast-paced startup, collaborating closely with founders and the sales team to sharpen messaging and positioning tailored to the product and customers.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in growth marketing or B2B demand generation.
• Hands-on paid ads experience across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit.
• Proven track record building a marketing function from scratch in a fast-paced startup.
• Track record of driving measurable pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

• Build content marketing engine: blog posts, landing pages, case studies, customer stories, one-pagers, battlecards, and launch content.
• Develop and refine core messaging and positioning with founders and sales to understand the product and customer pain points.
• Drive SEO and GEO initiatives to increase organic inbound demo bookings.
• Own and execute paid advertising strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels.
