Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree before your first day of work.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Ambassador of SA Winning Adult Culture by demonstrating professionalism and ownership.
• Engage with families and build relationships to support student growth.
• Study the SA curriculum and deliver rigorous, engaging instruction.
• Regularly review student work and feedback to drive improvement.
• Lead and manage a classroom of 25+ students and establish routines.
