Numeral is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to build and lead the marketing operations function. You will own the tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, GTM, Dreamdata), automate processes, and ensure scalable data and reporting across buyers and products.

The role reports to the Head of Growth and sits at the intersection of strategy and technical execution, delivering reliable data, clean automation, and compliant processes for a fast-growing company.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or a related GTM role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Direct experience with online ad platforms (Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, X).
• Experience with conversion tracking and tagging (GA4/Tag Manager).
• Strong analytical capability to instrument funnels and translate data into actions.
• Ability to present clear reporting and a narrative for leadership.

Mansioni

• Own and maintain our marketing technology stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dreamdata, GTM, ad platforms).
• Build feedback loops to feed conversion signals and deal value from CRM to ad platforms.
• Partner with Growth to ensure correct targeting strategy across ads.
• Automate ad spend reporting by channel and aggregate spend.
• Develop attribution capabilities for GTM intelligence.
• Own inbound pipeline architecture: forms, routing, and sales handoff workflows.
• Collaborate with RevOps on Salesforce data model and lead routing.
• Analyze top-of-funnel metrics and recommend campaign improvements to stakeholders.
