Job summary

Scribe seeks a Manager, Solutions Engineering to establish and lead the founding SE team, running demos and PoCs that translate our capabilities into measurable customer outcomes. You’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to build the function from scratch.

You will shape scalable processes, coach a growing team, and ensure alignment with strategic deals, as you guide the technical story from discovery through close.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical teams

Responsibilities

• Establish the Solutions Engineering function at Scribe, defining processes and playbooks to scale
• Hire, mentor, and lead a founding team of Solutions Engineers with coaching responsibilities
• Bring technical credibility to strategic opportunities, from discovery to close
• Deliver proof of concepts connecting capabilities to measurable business outcomes
• Bridge Go-to-Market and Product leadership with customer feedback for the roadmap
• Build reusable demo assets and PoC frameworks to avoid tribal knowledge
• Evolve the function as product and customer base grows, using performance data to guide changes
