Job summary

Scribe is hiring its first Manager, Solutions Engineering to build and lead the founding team behind our most strategic deals. You will run demos and proofs of concept tied to measurable customer outcomes. Based in SF or NYC, the role combines leadership with hands-on customer engagements and cross-functional collaboration. Our hybrid/remote setup supports growth and scalable playbooks for the future.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing Solutions Engineers or similar teams.
• Experience as Solutions Engineer or pre/post-sales role at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Able to explain AI/LLM concepts to technical and executive audiences.
• Built or founded a function rather than inherited one.

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale the Solutions Engineering function.
• Hire, mentor, and lead the founding team of Solutions Engineers.
• Provide technical credibility to strategic deals and opportunities.
• Deliver POCs and demos translating capabilities into business outcomes.
• Bridge Go-to-Market and Product with customer feedback.
• Create reusable demo assets and playbooks for scalable engagements.
• Evolve the function as product and customers grow.
