Job summary

Scribe is hiring a Principal Solutions Engineer for its largest, most strategic Enterprise deals. You will partner with AEs and CS to design and lead Proofs of Concept, framing ROI around Workflow AI capabilities for Fortune 500 customers.

Hybrid with travel, you will influence product direction and build scalable pre-sales assets across teams. You will evangelize Scribe's AI framework, manage security and validation workstreams, and craft compelling ROI narratives to win, all while operating in

Qualifications

8+ years in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar pre-sales role at a high-growth SaaS company.
Experience engaging complex named Strategic Accounts.
Strong understanding of AI, LLM concepts, and ROI storytelling for CIO/VP IT audiences.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical context for AI/ML teams.
Articulate Scribe's Workflow AI framework to technical and non-technical stakeholders at senior levels.

Responsibilities

Own the technical layer in the largest, strategic deals with Account Executives from discovery to close.
Lead tailored Optimize demos, plan POC sessions, and design proofs of concept tied to measurable outcomes.
Build ROI narratives grounded in real workflow data to quantify time saved and costs avoided.
Drive technical validation and security workstreams as part of a strategic deal cycle.
Collaborate with Product to relay customer feedback and create repeatable pre-sales assets and playbooks.
Serve as a technical reference point for the go-to-market team and ensure alignment across Sales, CS, and Product.
