Job summary

Paxos Health—an early-stage healthcare AI startup—seeks a hands-on Founding Implementation and Ops Lead in New York. You will own customer go-live, translate client workflows for our tech team, and help scale operations as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Strong AI fluency and ability to map customer needs to workable workflows.
• Hands-on implementation leadership with end-to-end ownership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and high-velocity delivery.
• Experience in startup environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations end to end, translating customer workflows into precise requirements for the technical team.
• Test AI outputs against real cases to ensure they meet customer needs before go-live.
• Be the primary customer contact through go-live and beyond, tracking adoption and flagging issues early.
• Create playbooks, templates, and automation to accelerate go-live across customers.
• Develop AI workflows and automations to scale internal operations.
• Support sales with proposal scoping and pipeline tracking for new deals.
• Assist in running patient-facing programs, including portal setup and communications.
• Support hiring processes, interviews, onboarding, and vendor management.
