Job summary

Vocca seeks a founding operator to own US deployment, starting hands-on and then leading a team to scale a growing AI voice‑agent platform for healthcare. You will configure, go‑live, and support early US accounts, while building a repeatable playbook and a 6–8 person deployment team by late 2027.

You report to the CEO, work from New York, and help shape the company’s first major US operating function, blending technical config with strategic rollout.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in fast-scaling tech with autonomous startup experience.
• Hands-on, systems‑oriented, able to own config end‑to‑end without heavy engineering.
• Strong leadership and the ability to build and scale a deployment team.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and implement signed US accounts (config, go-live, integrations).
• Own post-sale success, retention, and post‑sales activities.
• Write the US ops/implementation playbook and hire/manage the deployment team.
