Job summary

Paxos Health, a seed-stage healthcare AI startup, seeks a hands-on Founding Implementation and Ops Lead in New York. You will bridge customers and the technical team, owning implementations and critical company operations.

Expect fast pace, strategic ownership, and a path to build and lead teams as the company grows. You’ll split time between customer implementations and scaling internal operations, with direct reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in implementation, solutions, consulting, customer success, product, engineering, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations translating workflows into precise technical requirements.
• Test AI outputs against real cases and ensure they meet needs before go-live.
• Be the primary contact through go-live and beyond, tracking adoption and issues.
• Build playbooks, templates, and automation to speed go-live and inform improvements.
• Build AI workflows to scale internal operations.
• Support sales with proposals, pipeline tracking, and scoping.
• Help run patient-facing programs including portal setup and communications.
• Assist hiring, vendor management, and tool administration.
