Garage is hiring a Founding GTM Recruiter to help build the Growth, Marketing, and Ops teams for our next growth phase. You will own searches end to end, build pipelines from scratch, and drive a fast, thoughtful process to raise the bar with every hire.

You will partner with the CEO and GTM leaders to attract top-tier talent for a mission-driven marketplace shaping critical industries in the U.S. This role offers ownership and the chance to shape Garage's recruiting playbook from day one.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across GTM roles, including sales and marketing.
• Experience recruiting at a high-growth startup, with a strong understanding of the NYC talent market.
• Strong sourcing and closing track record, with experience using modern recruiting tools and an ATS like Ashby.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle hiring across GTM functions, partnering closely with the CEO and hiring managers to attract, assess, and close exceptional talent.
• Build and execute creative sourcing strategies across outbound, referrals, communities, and networks to develop strong talent pipelines.
• Track hiring funnel performance and continuously improve recruiting processes using data and insights.
• Champion Garage's mission and values in the talent market and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
