Job summary

The Prompting Company is hiring a Founding GTM to own how we get discovered, trusted, and chosen by the humans who buy us and the agents that recommend us. This is a true founding role. You will write the GTM playbook: positioning, content, demand, community, and the motion that turns technical buyers into customers.

There is no marketing team and no brand book. You'll build it with the founders. Our buyers are Growth, DevRel, and PMM at companies like NVIDIA, Vercel, Databricks, Rho, and Exa.

Qualifications

• Founded or early GTM experience at a real product company.
• Written and shipped GTM content and launches.
• Able to generate your own pipeline and ship launches, not just strategy.
• Relocation to San Francisco required; not remote.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and narrative for Discovery and Agent Experience.
• Build outbound and inbound that reach technical marketing, DevRel, and PMM.
• Write and ship content and launches, not just briefs.
• Sit in customer Slack and drive initial conversations through close with the founders.
• Hire the next GTM people after you.
