• 5+ years in GTM, brand marketing, or communications roles.
• Proven ability to shape messaging for technical products.
• Experience building creative campaigns and brand strategy.
• Skilled at distilling complex topics into accessible narratives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve marketing strategy, brand positioning, and messaging.
• Design and execute campaigns for product launches, ecosystem milestones, developer events, and community initiatives.
• Build scalable content across web, social, and advertising channels.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling stories for broad audiences.
• Guide and produce collateral including website copy, pitch decks, press releases, blog posts, and multimedia.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and creative teams to convey Unto Labs' value.
• Drive GTM initiatives including partnerships, event presence, and outreach.
• Measure and analyze marketing efforts to optimize reach and effectiveness.
