Job summary

Monad Foundation is expanding its marketing team to accelerate on-chain adoption through compelling, multi-channel campaigns. This Business Marketing Lead will shape co-marketing with partners, translate technical deployments into clear narratives, and drive campaigns from brief to launch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business marketing or partner marketing, ideally in crypto, fintech, or enterprise tech.
• Excellent writing and editing; ability to turn complex integrations into market-facing stories.
• Proven experience leading integrated or joint GTM campaigns with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Be embedded with the GTM and content teams to align pipeline context and opportunities for co-marketing.
• Develop and own joint marketing campaigns; identify narratives; create social activations, case studies, and blogs.
• Own end-to-end campaign delivery including timelines, asset development, legal reviews, and stakeholder coordination.
• Define objectives and success metrics; track results and learnings for future programs.
