Job summary

ThoughtSpot in San Francisco seeks a high-ownership Founding GTM Lead for AgentSpot. You will own the GTM strategy, shape ICPs, use cases and channels, and drive the early customer acquisition.

You will work closely with PMM, growth, and the product team to craft a compelling narrative and fast, measurable growth. Hybrid in-office role with a strong emphasis on building a repeatable GTM machine from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Zero-to-one builder with track record of creating new GTM or product-led growth
• Strong understanding of modern B2B growth driven by product, content, community and customers
• Experience with AI-enabled products and applying AI to growth initiatives

Responsibilities

• Own AgentSpot GTM: define ICP, use cases, positioning, channels and growth strategy.
• Run growth: content, social, community, events, outbound, partnerships, product-led growth; test and optimize.
