Job description

ThoughtSpot is a Data & AI platform that helps companies turn data into Enterprise advantage. We are Gartner MQ leaders with more than 1000 customers globally and offices in San Francisco, Mountain View, Chicago, London, Bangalore, Sydney & Tokyo.

ThoughtSpot started by giving humans a better way to ask questions of data. Spotter turned that into an AI analyst that can reason over governed enterprise data. Now with AgentSpot we’re taking the next step from insight to action.

AgentSpot is a multiplayer AI enabling anyone to build, share and collaborate with agents connected to your company’s data, context and tools. Unlike single-player AI assistants, AgentSpot gives teams the shared context, integrations, and governance to build and run reliable agentic workflows across the business.

We’re looking for the person to build GTM for AgentSpot from zero.

You’ll have direct access to the CEO, product team, ThoughtSpot’s customer base and GTM organization. You’ll also have a dedicated team (matrix) PMM and growth coordinator from day one.

Your Goal: Find what works, land the first 20 customers, and build the playbook to get to 200.

What You'll Do:
  • Own Agentspot GTM.
Figure out the ICP, use cases, positioning, channels and growth strategy.
  • Run growth.
Content, social, community, events, outbound, partnerships, product-led growth. Test constantly. Double down on what works.
  • Build the story.
Work with PMM to make AgentSpot easy to understand, differentiated and relevant.
  • Get the first 20 customers.
Find them, pitch them, demo AgentSpot, get them live, and turn them into advocates.
  • Work directly with Product.
Spend time with users. Learn what they need. Bring that signal directly into what we build.
  • Build the GTM machine.
Turn the first 20 customers into a repeatable model for the next 200.

What You Bring:

This is a high-ownership role. You will have the resources of ThoughtSpot behind you and the freedom to build AgentSpot's GTM from the ground up.

  • You are a zero-to-one builder .
  • You care more about what works than how GTM has traditionally been done. You understand modern B2B growth and know today it is increasingly driven by product, content, community, founders, customers, and experimentation rather than a sequence of MQLs and handoffs.
  • You understand AI and follow how people are discovering, adopting and buying new AI products.
  • You can build an audience. You can run an experiment and read the data.
  • You move fast and don\'t need a large team or detailed instructions to get something done.
  • You may have built growth at a startup, been an early GTM hire, launched your own product, built a community, or done something we haven\'t thought of.
  • You can sell. You don\'t need an AE beside you to have a great customer conversation or ask someone to become a customer.
  • We value what you\'ve built vs your title or years of experience.
