Job summary

INDEQL is seeking a Founding GTM Engineer to architect growth for a $900B education market, blending fintech and education tech. This is an in-person, full-time role based in San Francisco, CA or Phoenix, AZ, designed for a founding operator who will shape early GTM strategies.

You will own onboarding funnels, community-led growth loops, and data-driven decisions, partnering with veteran engineers and policy experts to drive adoption among families and schools.

Qualifications

• Academic background from a premier institution (Stanford, Harvard, Wharton, MIT Sloan, or equivalent).
• 3–6 years in consumer growth or GTM ops at a high-growth company.
• Expert in funnel analysis and cohort modelling.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding funnel and drive toward a 500-account target and beyond.
• Build community-led growth flywheels through homeschool co-ops, education pods, and micro-influencers.
• Instrument funnels, establish tight feedback loops, and analyze retention metrics.
