Hedge is hiring a founding growth operator to build the systems that turn market opportunity into repeatable revenue. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move from analysis to campaign to operating process without waiting for a large team.

This role is based in San Francisco and works in person with the team six days a week. You will own the growth data model, dashboards, attribution, and operating cadence, and you will design experiments from acquisition to expansion to drive measurable

Qualifications

• Analytical depth with a bias to ship and deliver.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, systems, and customer conversations.
• Early-stage experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build the growth data model, dashboards, attribution, and operating cadence.
• Design and run acquisition, activation, and expansion experiments.
• Create lifecycle programs for agencies, prospects, and dormant opportunities.
• Improve lead routing, enrichment, segmentation, and conversion across the funnel.
• Partner with sales, product, and markets to turn insight into execution.
• Document the playbooks that let a small team scale.
