Job summary

Gofractional in the United States seeks a Founding Growth Marketer to own consumer acquisition beside the founder. You’ll manage the paid engine on Meta, shape the creative, landing pages, and nurture organic channels that lower CAC.

You’ll collaborate with the founder, set strategy and budget, and gradually take control of testing calendars, briefs, and weekly reads. This is a founding seat with no mid-level hierarchy, writing the playbook together.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years running paid social for a consumer product.
• Owned real Meta budget and can explain CAC movements and actions.
• Can show a creative test with hypothesis, variants and results.
• Creative and analytical: write hooks and read cohort reports.
• Iterate weekly with creative cycles and be comfortable being wrong.
• Experience with organic channels: SEO, social, or content you grew.
• Founding seat mindset: no manager, no playbook, high ownership.
• Strong writing skills for ad copy and landing pages.
• Passion for health, fitness and behaviour change.

Responsibilities

• Run the Meta account day-to-day: structure, audiences, bidding, scaling.
• Ship creative at volume: briefs, UGC, statics, short-form video, hooks.
• Build and test landing pages and funnels: quiz, offer, checkout, booking.
• Maintain accurate tracking: pixels, CAPI, UTMs, post-purchase survey.
• Expand to other channels: Google, YouTube, TikTok, newsletters and creators.
• Own dashboards: spend, CAC, retention, payback, weekly reports.
