FitMate seeks a Founding Growth Marketer to run consumer acquisition with the founder, owning paid Meta activities and organic channels. You will steer the paid engine, craft scalable creative, and optimize funnels with AI-driven insights.

You will build robust growth systems, test aggressively, and own analytics, reporting, and lifecycle strategies to drive cost-effective member growth.

Qualifications

• You've run paid social for a consumer product with your own hands in the account.
• You've owned a real Meta budget and can explain CAC movements and actions taken.
• You can show a creative test you ran: hypothesis, variants and results.
• You're creative and analytical at once: write hooks and read cohorts.
• You iterate fast with weekly creative cycles rather than quarterly campaigns.
• You have organic experience too: SEO, content, or a social account you grew.
• You want a founding seat, not a rung on a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Run the Meta account day-to-day: structure audiences, bidding, exclusions, scaling.
• Ship creative at volume: briefs, UGC, statics, short-form video, testing calendar.
• Build and test landing pages and funnels: quiz, offer, checkout, first-session booking.
• Keep tracking and attribution honest: pixel, CAPI, UTMs, post-purchase survey, blended CAC.
• Extend where the math works: Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, newsletters, creators and affiliates.
