Job summary

Spoks is hiring a growth marketer in Austin to own paid acquisition and optimize the entire customer journey. You will run Meta and Google Ads, manage budgets, test creatives and push for improvements across landing pages, signups and onboarding emails.

You will also spearhead SEO, content and social presence to boost discovery, referrals and partnerships. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic growth, in a hybrid Austin office setting.

Qualifications

• You have run Meta and Google Ads and can explain spending decisions and results.
• You understand the full journey from discovery to repeat use and can spot where potential customers get lost.
• You write clearly, have good creative judgment and can turn an idea into a live campaign or page.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition on Meta and Google Ads, manage budgets and testing.
• Improve signup funnels, onboarding emails and lifecycle campaigns to convert visitors.
• Lead SEO, content and social presence to improve discovery and referrals.
• Guide partnerships, affiliates and referrers to drive repeat customers.
• Maintain Spoks.com messaging, landing pages and customer stories.
• Collaborate with Content Producer on ads, videos and articles.
• Monitor attribution and work with engineering on server-side tracking.
