Mathys-Potestio, LLC is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager in Austin to lead acquisition across paid, earned, and organic channels. The role requires building full-funnel strategies, partnering with brand, product, retail, and ecommerce teams, and guiding external agencies for optimized performance.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in growth or acquisition marketing, with strong analytics, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of growth marketing, acquisition marketing, or performance marketing experience.
• Experience in omnichannel retail, consumer products, fashion, lifestyle, or similar brand environments.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable new customer acquisition growth.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy and execution.
• Experience managing external agency relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of acquisition metrics: CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Attribution, LTV, Funnel metrics.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead full-funnel customer acquisition strategies focused on driving new customer growth.
• Create audience-first marketing plans informed by consumer insights, behavioral trends, and market opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to expand brand awareness and customer penetration within target segments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align acquisition initiatives with broader brand, product, retail, and eCommerce priorities.
• Support annual and seasonal marketing planning, including forecasting and channel strategy development.
