Job summary

Hurrdat, a Lincoln-based media, marketing, and entertainment agency, is seeking a lead-acquisition expert to own Meta as a unified, full-funnel growth engine. You will architect and manage paid social campaigns that drive measurable growth from awareness to conversion, reporting directly to the Director of Paid Acquisition.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, a track record of six-figure monthly budgets, and a strong, creative-driven approach to performance marketing

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience with full-funnel strategy.
• Experience managing six-figure monthly paid-social budgets.
• Strong budget pacing, allocation, and spend efficiency at scale.
• Deep knowledge of Meta audience tools, conversion tracking and optimization.
• Creative-led mindset; able to use creative as the primary funnel lever.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid social strategy across a book of business.
• Drive lead acquisition performance by optimizing strategies, audiences, and budgets.
• Develop and manage audience strategy using first-party data signals.
• Lead campaign measurement and attribution for clean, actionable data.
• Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to build a full-funnel creative library.
• Translate paid media performance into client-ready growth narratives.
• Stay current on Meta changes and best practices to improve efficiency.
