Dreeze is seeking an AI-first Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale our demand generation engine. You will own awareness, demand, qualified pipeline, and revenue through AI-powered marketing, digital advertising, SEO, content, and targeted campaigns.

This hands-on role reports to the VP Marketing and emphasizes modern B2B growth marketing with heavy AI integration to identify audiences, personalize campaigns, and accelerate experimentation and execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth marketing or demand generation experience in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Ability to build and own demand generation programs contributing to pipeline and revenue.
• Experience using AI as part of day-to-day marketing execution, not just tools.
• Strong understanding of AI-powered campaign creation, automation, and analytics.
• Experience with paid search and social (Google/LinkedIn).
• Knowledge of SEO, organic acquisition, and website conversion.

Responsabilités

• Own the demand generation strategy and execution to generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Build an AI-first marketing engine across research, audience ID, and campaign lifecycle.
• Develop, launch, and optimize targeted campaigns at scale using AI.
• Identify new AI marketing tools and technologies to improve productivity and performance.
• Own paid digital advertising across Google, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Collaborate with SEO/GEO to increase organic visibility and inbound demand.
• Own website conversion strategy, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and experiences.
• Create campaigns across accounts, personas, industries, and use cases.
• Partner with Sales to align campaigns with target accounts and GTM priorities.
• Build automated nurture and lifecycle programs to move prospects through funnel.
• Own marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting across pipeline, CAC, engagement, ROI.
