Job summary

Mintive seeks a seasoned Product Marketing professional to own messaging and category narrative as the company defines an emerging market for AI agents in enterprise settings. You will drive launches end-to-end, build proof through customer case studies, and establish Mintive's point of view on agent governance.

You’ll craft collateral for sales and work closely with engineering and security teams to land messaging with buyers.

Qualifications

• Must be a strong writer and storyteller who can translate deep technical capability into a clear narrative.
• Ability to sit with engineers and customers, absorbing detail and turning it into differentiated messaging.
• Strategic thinker: set positioning, priorities, and trade-offs that align with company goals.
• Able to run launches end-to-end, from narrative to release to follow-through.
• Agent-native mindset: leverage AI agents to scale output and differentiate ideas.

Responsibilities

• Define Mintive's category narrative as the product and market evolve.
• Own messaging and the source of truth for what Mintive says, to whom, and why it matters.
• Drive launches end-to-end—from beta to broad availability—with customer engagement at each step.
• Turn customers into case studies and proof, with Mintive's point of view on agent governance.
• Build the sales content system to equip AEs with collateral for prospects and customers.
