Mintive, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, is seeking a growth-focused marketer to scale a technical B2B product. You will own acquisition, ABM, and multi-channel campaigns, leveraging AI-assisted workflows and an agent-enabled stack to drive pipeline.

You will partner closely with founders and a scaling sales team, shaping campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and retargeting, while keeping a data-driven focus on funnel performance and CAC payback.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building growth for technical B2B products.
• Map funnels, instrument, and run structured experiments.
• Hands-on with stack: marketing automation, CRM, and major paid channels.
