Job summary

Mintive seeks a growth leader to drive demand for its MCP gateway in the SF Bay Area. You will own multi-channel acquisition, ABM outbound, and experiment-driven funnel optimization for a technical B2B product.

You’ll work closely with founders and a scaling sales team, using AI agents to scale output while keeping the focus on business goals. Competitive salary and meaningful early-stage equity are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running acquisition or growth programs for a technical B2B product.
• Systems- and experiment-oriented with end-to-end funnel mapping.
• Hands-on with marketing automation, CRM, and major paid channels.

Responsibilities

• Run growth programs for a technical B2B product with pipeline ownership.
• Map the funnel end-to-end, instrument it, and diagnose leaks.
• Build and operate marketing stack: automation, CRM, sequencing, enrichment.
• Lead an AI-assisted, SDR-style outbound motion across channels.
• Understand technical buyers and tailor messaging by channel/audience.
• Own the numbers: funnel, MQL/SQL, CAC, and payback.
• Collaborate with founders and scaling sales to drive demand.
• Leverage AI agents to scale output with disciplined judgment.
• Move fast in a lean, early-stage environment.
