Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer in the U.S. to reach short-term rental operators and property managers. You will own growth channels end-to-end, launch campaigns, and drive qualified leads and demo bookings.

You’ll work directly with the founder, experiment rapidly, and build the growth engine from the ground up, using AI to enhance research, copy, targeting, and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience building growth engines for B2B SaaS.
• Ability to own channels and drive demo bookings.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with paid ads, SEO, outbound and content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end — set strategy, launch campaigns, own results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings across channels.
• Understand customers: property managers and operators, what slows them down.
• Run experiments fast; test hooks, audiences, funnels, offers, scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert from first impression to paying customer.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging for Base360.
