Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house marketing experience, ideally in startups or fast-moving teams.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and inbound-led lead generation.
• Experience with conferences and other events.
• Hands-on approach, not relying on agencies.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Bias for action; able to ship fast and iterate.
• Extreme ownership.
• Bonus: privacy or legal space experience.

Responsibilities

• Scale Phaselaw's go-to-market motion.
• Lead marketing efforts from events to inbound.
• Attend sales demos and customer calls to learn the pitch.
• Dive into lead metrics and attribution.
• Review and adjust ad campaigns.
• Take over the content calendar.
• Help lead event planning.
• Develop a quarterly marketing plan.
• Build metrics and attribution for marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with founders and sales to shape brand and GTM.
