Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer in Boston to own growth channels end-to-end and drive demo bookings from a base of short-term rental operators and property managers.

You’ll experiment across paid ads, SEO, outbound, and partnerships, building scalable growth engines and using AI to move faster. This is a hands-on role with direct collaboration with the founder and potential to lead a growth team.

Qualifications

• Fast learner with ability to pick up new channels quickly.
• Ambitious to become a top growth professional in a startup.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or hospitality tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end and drive results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings via multiple channels.
• Understand customer needs and what drives switching software.
• Run rapid experiments and scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content, and automation.
• Build high-converting funnels and landing pages from first impression to signup.
• Collaborate with founder on positioning and messaging to attract operators.
• Track metrics like CAC, leads, and pipeline contributions and explain insights.
