Base360.ai is building a unified operating system for short-term rental operators. We are seeking a founding Growth Marketer to drive demo bookings and qualified leads, with flexibility to own one channel or multiple channels in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

You will experiment quickly, work directly with the founder, and build our growth engine from the ground up, using AI to sharpen campaigns, copy, targeting, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end — or run across several. Set the strategy, launch campaigns, and take responsibility for results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings. Build campaigns that reach operators through paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and partnerships.
• Understand customers: how property managers operate, what slows them down, and what makes them switch software.
• Run experiments fast: test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; scale what works.
• Use AI to gain an edge in research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert from first impression to paying customer.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging to clarify product value.
• Track performance: measure lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
