• Strong ability to design and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
• Data-driven, experimentation-focused with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own growth channel end-to-end or across multiple channels.
• Generate qualified leads and demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships.
• Understand customer needs and why operators switch software.
• Run fast experiments and scale successful hooks, audiences, and funnels.
• Apply AI tools to research, copy, targeting, and automation.
• Build and optimize funnels and landing pages to improve conversion at every step.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging to articulate product value.
• Track metrics like lead quality, CAC, and pipeline contribution and explain results.
