Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Founding GTM Lead / Head of Growth to build the demand engine from the ground up. You will own demand creation across signal-based outbound, content, partnerships, founder/community distribution, referrals, and GTM systems, and design dashboards to measure success.

You will work directly with the CEO and founding team, with a hands-on role in creating scalable growth. The position offers a hybrid, in-office schedule with 3-4 days on-site in San Francisco or New York City

Qualifications

• Experience building growth from zero, with a founder mentality.
• Hands-on marketer capable of shaping GTM strategy and execution.
• Ability to own end-to-end GTM, including demand creation, content, partnerships, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Build the demand engine from the ground up.
• Own outbound, content, partnerships, founder/community distribution, referrals, and GTM systems.
• Define ICP/targeting, craft messaging, test hypotheses, and create dashboards to measure performance.
