Job summary

LumiMeds Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced People Operations partner to design and run onboarding, offboarding, and the full employee lifecycle.

You will build HR policies and compliance frameworks, coordinate global payroll and contractor agreements, and establish performance management tied to measurable outputs. You will own recruiting across multiple domains, source and screen technical candidates for Full-Stack, AI/ML, and DevOps roles, and optimize the Greenhouse hiring pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience building people infrastructure at a startup from scratch.
• Another requirement across lifecycle HR and recruiting functions.
• Ability to source, screen, and close technical candidates credibly.
• Experience hiring across time zones and understanding global remote compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of Greenhouse, including configuration.
• Professional-level English communication; US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding, offboarding, and full employee lifecycle.
• Build and maintain HR documentation, policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Coordinate global payroll and contractor agreements across multiple countries.
• Establish performance management systems tied to measurable output and ownership.
• Serve as internal point of contact for employee relations.
• Partner with founders on org design, compensation strategy, and workforce planning.
• Own full-cycle recruiting across creative, sales, operations, clinical, and engineering roles.
• Source and screen technical candidates for Full-Stack, AI/ML, and DevOps roles without using agencies.
• Manage and optimize the hiring pipeline in Greenhouse.
• Design interview processes and scorecards that improve hiring signal.
