Luna Health is seeking a hands-on People Operations Manager to own how people join the company and how the office runs. You will report to the CFO and collaborate with hiring managers and external recruiters, while managing vendors, supplies, and daily operations at the Sorrento Valley office in San Diego, CA.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution rather than supervision, with a focus on building robust recruiting processes and a seamless employee experience across a rapidly growing team.

Formación

• 5 to 8+ years across HR, recruiting operations, or office management, including a stretch where you owned both.
• Experience coordinating with external recruiters and vendors is a plus.
• Strong people-first approach and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Hiring and People Operations initiatives.
• Oversee Recruiting Operations and candidate experience.
• Support Hiring Managers with job specs and interview loops.
• Manage outside recruiters, tracking submissions and negotiations.
• Own onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end.
• Run office operations: vendors, supplies, events, travel logistics.
