Lumen is seeking a Director of HR Solutions to drive strategic people transformation across AI-enabled work models and enterprise change. You’ll partner with leaders to shape org design, workforce strategy, and change adoption, ensuring readiness and sustained impact.

In this remote US-focused role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, align with COEs, and influence senior stakeholders to enable transformation success and enterprise readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with organizational design and transformation.
• 4+ years of direct or matrixed leadership experience.
• Experience assessing people implications of transformation including redesign and change adoption.
• Deep expertise in organizational design and governance, plus diagnostics.
• Experience with generative AI and AI agents and their workforce impact.

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders on enterprise transformation.
• Advise on the people implications of AI adoption and operating model evolution.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop integrated people strategies.
• Develop and execute organizational design and workforce strategies.
• Lead enterprise change management ensuring readiness and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with sponsors to define scope, deliverables, and governance.
• Drive timely delivery of milestones and drive accountability throughout.
