Job summary

Infinite is seeking a senior Payments Operations/Account Management professional to own live accounts, drive cross-border payments, and expand corridors and currencies. You will lead frontline support, launches, and billing activities while collaborating with engineering to automate workflows and scale processes for global customers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in fintech payments, strong executive communication, and a hands-on mindset for AI-enabled operations and data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payments or fintech operations, account management, or solutions at PSPs, banks, or crypto firms.
• Hands-on fluency with cross-border payments (SWIFT MT103/UETR), wires, ACH and FX.
• Knowledge of stablecoin flows and the economics behind them.
• Commercial instincts to price deals and collect on invoices.
• Comfort communicating with CEOs and engineers alike.
• Automation mindset and ability to create AI-enabled workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own live accounts from onboarding to recurring volume; track revenue and margin by account weekly.
• Be the first responder in shared Slack channels; route complex issues with clear tickets.
• Launch new corridors, currencies, and products; scope, test, and go-live with customers.
• Handle payments operations, resolve delays, and fix root causes with engineering.
• Run monthly invoicing and billing reconciliations; manage pricing amendments.
• Build and refine AI-driven workflows; collaborate with engineering to scale processes.
