Job summary

Infinite is building the compliance network that enables stablecoins for global business. You will own live accounts, drive expansions, and coordinate across payments, compliance, and product to move customers from sandbox to go-live.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payments or fintech operations, account management, or solutions at a PSP, payments platform, bank, or crypto company.
• Hands-on fluency with cross-border payments: SWIFT, wires, ACH, and FX.
• Working knowledge of stablecoin flows and the economics behind them, including spreads and partner costs.
• Commercial instincts: price a deal in basis points, negotiate amendments, and collect on overdue invoices.

Responsibilities

• Own live accounts from first transfer to recurring volume and track revenue and margin weekly.
• Be the first responder in shared Slack channels and route complex issues to payments or compliance.
• Launch new corridors, currencies, and products into existing accounts with scoping, testing, and go-live.
• Handle exceptions in payments and onboarding; fix root causes with engineering.
• Run monthly invoicing and keep billing amendments in writing.
• Turn tasks into AI-driven workflows and iterate improvements with internal AI agents.
