Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking a first sales leader to scale its go-to-market engine from founder-led efforts to repeatable enterprise growth in supply chain and procurement. Working directly with the CEO, you will own enterprise deals, craft pilots, and build ROI-driven business cases.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years as founding GTM or early-stage operator.
• Quota-carrying sales with business operations or consulting experience.
• Ability to turn customer feedback into product strategy.
• Exposure to enterprise AI, supply chain, or procurement is beneficial.
• Experience at an early-stage startup, consulting firm, or as a founder is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to prospect, run discovery, develop pilots, negotiate terms, and close enterprise deals.
• Build top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound, AI prospecting tools, LinkedIn, email, and conferences.
• Sell to C-level and VP buyers at large industrial, manufacturing, energy, and construction organizations.
• Develop ROI-driven executive business cases and coordinate across functions during multi-month sales cycles.
• Share customer feedback with product and business teams to inform roadmap and strategy.
