Job summary

Arch is a small San Francisco-based team backed by notable investors. We are hiring a Founding Deployment Strategist to operate in the Palantir sense, serving as the strategist rather than the engineer.

You will be the first hire, with work beginning the day the contract is signed, reporting directly to the CEO. In your first week you will map decision-makers, identify blockers, and bring benchmarks the industry rarely has.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years at MBB or in PE value creation, promoted at least once.
• Experience moving numbers and delivering impact, not just recommendations.
• Ability to enter an unfamiliar business and identify who runs it within two weeks.
• Ability to ask tough questions others avoid.
• Willing to own one hard outcome rather than advising on ten.
• Bonus: home services, field services, or EBITDA-focused sponsor.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment strategy directly with the CEO.
• Map stakeholders and decision-makers on new accounts in week one.
• Pull benchmarks and data to reveal execution opportunities.
• Launch and run initial holdout test to demonstrate value to the CMO.
• Translate learnings into scalable playbooks as the organization scales.
